YOGA CLASSES

Yoga promotes deep breathing, stillness of mind/body and flexibility. Learn how to access your inner strength to maintain a calm and healthy focus. Small classes offer individual attention to the beginner or advanced participant.

Instructor: Robin A. Pawlina, RN, CYI, has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years and creates an environment that allows the student to manage stress with a relaxed and supportive style. Classes are Wednesday 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM. Call Robin Pawlina at 803.926.0895 for more information.

Instructor: Maxine Deutschendorf, Infinite Yoga. Maxine is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, a member of Integral Yoga Teachers Association and a trained LifeForce Yoga Teacher. For information about classes and locations, visit the InfiniteYoga website.
