INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE: WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
Since its inception in 2002, CHI has been a part of the growing
movement known as Integrative Medicine. Webster's
defines integrative medicine as "medicine that integrates the
therapies of alternative medicine with those practiced by mainstream
medical practitioners," but that definition hardly does justice to
this holistic approach to wellness and well-being.

DIRECTIONAL HEALING: GOOD, GOOD, GOOD VIBRATIONS
The body has an amazing capacity for self-healing and
self-organization. When a person's energy is free of
impediments, flowing and balanced, healing can take place, often in
miraculous ways. Well-being is enhanced; creativity, inspiration,
and a sense of direction may emerge.
The truth is that in today's fast-paced, stress-filled world, we more
often than not find ourselves out of balance—physically drained,
mentally exhausted, emotionally worn out. Directional Healing seeks
to restore us and set us right.

"A Day of Healing and Oneness," at
St. Timothy's Episcopal Church,
Columbia: To mark 11.11.11 a day of events is planned, starting with coffee and bagels at 9:30 am and ending with "Heart Art" at 2. At 11 am there will be a global synchronized meditation for 11 minutes.
Come for everything or drop in for any of the talks or the film or the "Simple Soup Lunch."
